About Our Company

Gulf Bayport Chemicals L.P. (GBC) was formed in July, 2004 in order to acquire the production assets of the Lonza, Inc. Bayport manufacturing facility. The acquisition was completed in December, 2004 and the plant has been continually expanded to meet the demand of our current and future customers.

Our mission is to produce the highest quality chemicals at the lowest cost and provide our customers with the best standard of customer service in the industry. Everyone at GBC takes pride in making our organization one of the leaders in the chemical manufacturing industry. We recognize that our success is directly related to the satisfaction of our customers and their willingness to do business with our company.

GBC has 44 employees in its headquarters in west Houston and plant in Pasadena, Texas. The company is a member of both the local and manufacturing community and an active participant in the following organizations:
